"HA Go" is a comprehensive new app developed by the Hospital Authority (HA) that combines several HA apps with useful new features and functions. It offers patients the convenience of managing their healthcare right at their fingertips. Here are some of the features included in "HA Go":

• My Appointments: Patients can easily view their upcoming appointments as well as their attendance records for the past year.
• BookHA (Book Specialist Outpatient Clinic): "HA Go" provides a platform for the public to submit applications for appointments at various specialist outpatient clinics. It covers a wide range of specialties, including Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.
• Pay HA: Patients can conveniently make payments for fees and charges through the app. The mobile application also provides detailed bill information. Additionally, it offers other payment options such as "Scan and Pay" and "Barcode for convenience stores".
• Rehab: Patients who are on rehabilitation programmes can easily follow instructions and perform prescribed exercises designed by therapists. These exercises can be done anywhere, anytime – whether at home or in the community. The programme includes multimedia materials such as videos and games.
• Medication: This platform helps patients access their dispensing records, drug information, and allergy records.
• My Health Info: Patients can receive health information and instructions prescribed by healthcare professionals through e-pamphlets, videos, or soundtracks via this platform. The soundtrack player even has repetition control, and soundtracks can be played within the app or in the background. All health information provided on this platform is from the Hospital Authority.
